** RKO ELECTRIC EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PACKAGE **

UPCOMING BENEFITS (will be available in 2010) :

HOLIDAY PAY: ALL full time (40 hr) employees will have the following 6 Holidays off with 8 hours of regular pay...WHEN they fall within a normally scheduled Mon-Fri work week. This benefit is available immediately from first day of employment with NO waiting period.

** NOTE: Sorry - Part time / temporary employees (scheduled for less then 40 hrs) do not receive Holiday pay at this time....but will have the listed days off - unpaid.

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

NOTE: Additional time may be taken off before or after the listed Holiday's above when the time off request has been received and approved (in writing) in advance by the office. This time off will be unpaid....and any unpaid time off requests should be made as far in advance (minimum of 2 weeks preferred) as possible.
